Junior Biography

Many life stories can inspire us. We may admire people’s personal bravery, their skills and learning, their ideals or their success. Other lives may serve more as a warning  to us – but we can learn from them as well.

Biography can help us to understand human nature, life in the family or the public arena, social or political conditions, struggle and conflict. We can enjoy the adventures of explorers, the excitement of a great breakthrough in science, the vision of an outstanding artist or performer.

Biography allows us to enter past and present worlds and to see them afresh, through the eyes of another individual. As they say, get a life!
